I am the co-owner and dedicated Clinical Myotherapist at Myo-Way, committed to providing quality healthcare with a personal touch. I have over a decade’s worth of experience and over this time, I have developed a deep understanding of the human body and its intricate needs.
At Myo-Way, I focus on delivering effective treatments tailored to suit every individual. I believe in the power of human connection and take the time to listen to my clients, ensuring that every session addresses their specific concerns and goals.
I am passionate about promoting wellness education and empowering clients to take control of their health journey. I believe that prevention is key and strive to equip my clients with the knowledge and tools you need to live healthier, happy lives.
I have a down-to-earth approach and a genuine desire to make a difference, helping clients achieve optimal health and well-being.
Outside of the treatment room, I enjoy keeping fit and active, working on my hobby farm and running around after my 3 boys.

Get to know me… I am Jessica, a passionate Clinical Myotherapist, Wellness Coach, wife and mum of three sons.
My journey in the health industry began when I was a teen. I became a personal trainer at my local gym in Essendon, Melbourne, training clients before and after school. My interest and thirst for knowledge grew, leading me to the Southern School of Natural Therapies. I completed a four-year Bachelor of Health Science in Clinical Myotherapy and met my husband, Peter. We graduated together in 2012 and settled in Peter’s hometown of Wangaratta.
I established myself at Myo-Way and the North East quickly became my home, nurturing my love for the outdoors and a slower-paced life.
I am passionate about treating and guiding all members of the local and surrounding communities to achieve their optimal well-being and health goals. I enjoy networking with other local health professionals so that I can point my patients to the best care if a referral is necessary.
What I love most about Myo-Way is that we are a holistic clinic. Our practitioners come from various backgrounds and work well together to ensure that all our patients receive the best service and treatment outcomes. I enjoy assessing, treating, and managing multiple musculoskeletal conditions and pride myself in ensuring my patients are well-informed.

Growing up as a local I found myself interacting with the Wangaratta community through sport. My interest in Myotherapy stemmed from this passion, in particular athletics.
I competed at a state level in high school, and later competed in the Victorian athletic league in events such as the Stawell Gift. During the off season I find great enjoyment in playing soccer, and training in the gym. I like researching new exercises to implement in the gym to achieve optimal performance, recovery and development. In 2015 I completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences majoring in Musculoskeletal Therapy.
I pride myself in my knowledge of biomechanics and a holistic treatment model. I have a particular interest in the use of dry needling to resolve soft tissue pain. I am also passionate about the treatment of both acute and chronic injuries. I find purpose in restoring function to clients so that they can return to the activities they enjoy. In addition to working at Myo Way I also work part time for NPT service, in their Non-emergency Patient Transport division.
In my spare time I love playing with my dogs Harley and Hazel and training at the track or the gym.
